These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity] ("we", "us") for your use of One API for Agents: the website at https://oneapiforagents.com, the dashboard at https://app.oneapiforagents.com, the REST API, the MCP server and connect links (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you use it for an organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you may do so.

The Service

One API for Agents lets a workspace connect accounts at third-party providers, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, and lets people, scripts and AI agents the workspace authorizes call those providers through one API. We proxy each call when it is made, log it, and return the result. We do not sync data in the background or monitor websites.

Accounts and workspaces

You must give accurate sign-in details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, your workspace's API keys and the agents you authorize.
Workspace owners and admins control who is a member, what each member, key and agent can access, and which clients they can see.
Keep API keys secret. Revoke a key or an agent's access as soon as you suspect misuse.

Connecting accounts

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to connect. When you send a connect link, you are responsible for having a legitimate reason to request access, and for how your workspace and its agents use the data.
If you connect your account through someone else's connect link, the data becomes available to that workspace. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account.
Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider's terms, including Google's terms for Search Console and Analytics.

AI agents

Agents act on your instructions and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing their output and for the actions you let them take. Read-write access is off unless you turn it on. Data an agent requests is sent to that agent and handled under its provider's terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

break the law or the terms of any connected provider;
access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
probe, overload or disrupt the Service, or bypass its limits or security;
resell or offer the Service as a standalone product without our written permission;
reverse engineer the Service, except where law allows it.

We may suspend access that puts the Service, other users or providers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Fees

Pricing is not yet published. Where the Service is paid, fees, credits and billing terms will be shown before you are charged, and billing will be handled through our payment processor. Until then, we may change or limit free usage at any time.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data and to data from accounts you connect. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. We handle Google user data according to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Our rights

We own the Service and its software, design and brand. These terms don't give you any right to them except to use the Service as described. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Providers can change or withdraw their APIs, which may change what the Service can do. We may add, change or remove features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you can do.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms. On termination, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for data returned by third-party providers or for actions taken by AI agents.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or [liability cap amount].
